Monica is a 2022 graduate with honors of Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in Fredericton. She holds certifications in:

She highly values incorporating different techniques within a client’s care plan in order to maximally benefit the person’s individual needs and overall health.

Swedish techniques, myofascial and applied myofascial techniques, lymphatic drainage, joint mobilizations, trigger points, hydrotherapy, diaphragmatic breathing, assessments and home care suggestions all form her practice of massage therapy.
